Balfour Property Management Ltd was established in 2004, by a husband and wife team - Glenn and Caroline Balfour. Initially it was established purely to serve as a Letting Agent for their own rented property on the outskirts of Cambridge. Over the years it has slowly grown, so that it now serves as a Property Management and Letting Agency not just for their own property, but for other people's properties too.


It is not the intention for BPM Ltd to become a corporate or international property player. Rather, it prides itself on being a small family-run business, which seeks to promote the principles of honesty and fairness in the way it operates. To this extent, the company only takes on the managing or letting of properties with which the directors consider themselves able to be personally and directly involved.

For this reason, it presently limits itself geographically to two places in England: Cambridge and Retford (and the immediately surrounding areas).
